【Update】Outstanding International Student Scholarship Monthly Evaluation Form
Please be advised that the Monthly Evaluation Form has been updated and will take effect starting October 2026. All current recipients must download and use the latest version for all submissions from October onward.
The key updates of the evaluation form are as follows:
1. Submission Deadline & Disbursement Basis:
In accordance with the NKUST Regulations for the Outstanding International Student Scholarship, this form serves as the official basis for monthly stipend disbursement. The fully signed form must be submitted to the OIA by the 10th of each month. Late submissions or failure to submit will result in the immediate forfeiture and cancellation of the stipend for that month.
2. Performance Evaluation Standard:
Academic departments and advisors (or class advisors) are required to thoroughly assess recipients' monthly performance. If any evaluation item is rated as Unsatisfactory (Poor), the stipend for that month will be cancelled.
3. The form must be completed truthfully. Altering, modifying, or falsifying any evaluation content or signatures is strictly prohibited. The OIA reserves the right to verify submissions with respective departments. Any violation will lead to the immediate cancellation of the current month's stipend and a permanent ban from applying for this scholarship in the future.
