其他重要資訊 / Other Important Information

1. 住宿保證金 (Security Deposit):

保證金 $2,000 元，於住滿一年退宿且房間檢查無誤後退還。

A deposit of 2,000 TWD is required and will be refunded after the resident has completed one year of stay, moved out, and passed the room inspection.

2. 冷氣費 (Air-conditioning Fee):

冷氣電費通常採「儲值卡」方式，由室友分擔購買。

AC fees are charged separately via a prepaid card shared among roommates.

3. 寒暑假住宿 (Winter/Summer Break):

寒暑假住宿須另外申請並按日計費（每日約 NT$100~250 不等）。

Accommodation during winter/summer breaks requires a separate application and daily payment.

To help students find a safe living environment, you can search for suitable housing through school-certified platforms or private rental websites.

1. 學校官方租屋查詢系統 (NKUST Official Rental Search)

這些平台提供經過學校審核、符合安全規範的租件資訊，您也可以查詢鄰近學校合格的出租資訊。

These platforms provide rental information audited by the school for safety compliance. You can also search for certified rentals near various campuses.

If you cannot find suitable housing on official systems, you may refer to these popular rental websites in Kaohsiung:

591 租屋網 (591 Rental Network): 台灣最大的租屋平台。 (Taiwan’s largest rental platform.)
K House 高雄租屋: 專注於高雄地區的代租代管。 (Specializes in Kaohsiung rental management.)
權威物業租賃管理 (Authority Property): 提供專業的物業租賃服務。 (Provides professional property leasing services.)

⚠️ 重要提醒 (Special Note for International Students)

針對短期交換生 (For Short-term Exchange Students):

由於短期交換生通常沒有居留證 (ARC)，在校外簽署長期租賃契約時可能會遇到困難（多數房東要求至少一年的租期及身分證明）。強烈建議短期交換生優先申請校內宿舍。

Since short-term exchange students usually do not hold an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), it may be difficult to rent off-campus. Most landlords require a minimum one-year lease and official ID. It is highly recommended that exchange students apply for on-campus dormitories as their first priority.

二、 Fee Payment & Deposit / 住宿費及保證金繳費

(1) Important Dates / 重要繳費時程

Payment Deadline / 繳費截止日： Sep 08, 2025

Bill Printing Schedule / 繳費單列印開放時間：

Day Division Freshmen / 日間部新生： Starting Aug 27.

Returning Students / 舊生： Aug 04 – Sep 08.

Notice: Payment must be completed before check-in. For Nanzih/Cijin Campus students, an additional NT$350 air-conditioning prepayment bill must also be printed and paid.

注意：須於入住前完成繳費。楠梓/旗津校區學生需另行列印 350 元冷氣預繳金繳費單。

(2) How to Print the Bill / 繳費單列印步驟

1. Access System: Go to the NKUST Homepage and click School System (校務系統).
請至本校首頁點選「校務系統」。

2. Login: Enter your Student ID (Account) and Password.
輸入學號（帳號）及密碼。

3. Download: Click Inquiry (查詢) → Print Tuition & Fees Bill (列印學雜費繳費單)
　→ Select 114-1 Dormitory Fee.
點選：查詢 → 列印學雜費繳費單 → 選擇 114 學年第 1 學期住宿費。

(Nanzih/Cijin students: Also select Balance Due Bill - AC Prepayment)
（楠梓/旗津校區需再加點「差額繳費單-冷氣預繳金 350 元」）

三、 Accommodation Deposit / 住宿保證金

Deposit Amount / 保證金金額： NT$2,000

Stay Period / 住宿期間： One academic year (two semesters, excluding summer/winter breaks). You do not need to re-apply for the second semester.

住宿期間為一學年（兩學期），第二學期不必重新申請。

Refund Policy / 退費說明： The deposit will be refunded to your registered bank account after staying for the full academic year.

住滿一學年後，將退還至學生登載之銀行帳戶。
