【獎學金續領規範 Scholarship Renewal Regulations】

優秀外國學生獎學金之申請與核發，原則上依據學生入學當年度入學簡章所公告之獎學金作業要點辦理。

In principle, the eligibility and awarding of the Outstanding International Student Scholarship are governed by the scholarship regulations announced in the admission guidelines of the student's year of entry.

 

 

》注意事項 Important Notice

1. 請於每月10日前完成當月評核資料提交，逾期或未繳交者，將逕行取消核發當月獎學金，不再補發!

1. Please complete and submit the evaluation by the 10th of every month. Late submission or failure to submit will result in the immediate cancellation of that month's stipend, with no retroactive payment!

2. 若任一評核項目未達標準(評為差)，將逕予停發當月獎學金，不再補發!

2. If any item is rated as Unsatisfactory (or Poor), the stipend for that month will be cancelled, with no retroactive payment!

3. 國際處不負責每月獎學金匯款，具體匯款日期以本校主計室及出納組為準。

3. Office of International Affairs is not in charge of the monthly stipend remittance. The exact date of remittance depends on the Accounting Office and the Cash Division.

4. 每年一月之每月獎學金可能因財政年度轉換而延遲；另因農曆新年假期，二月之每月獎學金核發亦可能延遲。

4. The January monthly stipend may be delayed because of the changing of the fiscal year. The schedule of remittance may also be delayed in February due to the Lunar New Year holiday.

本校外國學生欲申請「優秀外國學生獎學金」續領者，須依其入學當學年度適用之「優秀外國學生獎學金作業要點」辦理。各年度法規內容請參閱下方資訊：

International students applying for the renewal of the Outstanding International Student Scholarship must comply with the specific scholarship regulation applicable to their year of admission. Please refer to the information below for the regulations corresponding to each academic year:

申請對象
 1. 海聯會(聯合分發)入學，最高學歷歷年成績校排名為前 20%。
2. 海聯會(個人申請)或本校單獨招生入學，成績優異且獲得本校簽訂僑生港澳生策略聯盟學校之校長或機構之最高負責人推薦入學者。非本校策略聯盟學生成績優異者，得專案申請，另案簽准。
獎助金額
 受獎者就讀本校大學部或研究所期間每學年學雜費全免，但獎勵期間以大學部前四年、碩士班前兩年、博士班前三年為限。
僑港澳生 校外獎學金
教育部 清寒僑生助學金 (法規連結)
申請、獲獎時程 申請：預計 10 月中
獲獎：預計 11 月底 【皆公告於公告官網最新消息】
申請資格 1. 憑清寒證明審核通過者。
2. 限大學部。二年級以上僑生其前一學年之全學年學業成績平均及格，且未受申誡以上或於高級中等學校未受小過以上之懲處。
3. 已依其他規定領取政府提供之學雜費補助、減免或助學金者，不得重複申請本助學金。
獎補助金額 每學年度獎學金名額及金額由教育部訂定
相關法規 教育部核發高級中等以上學校清寒僑生助學金要點
教育部 研究所優秀僑生獎學金 (法規連結、本校審查作業須知)
申請時程 約每年 4、12 月
申請條件 具有研究所正式學籍(不含延修)，且已修滿一學期以上(含直升博士班)。學業平均成績七十五分以上及操行成績平均八十分以上者
獎補助金額 每月不低於新臺幣 1 萬元為原則

僑委會 獎勵傑出及學行優良僑生獎學金 (法規連結)
申請時程 約每年 9 月
申請條件 1. 前一學年度學業總平均成績在八十分以上，操行兩學期均列甲等（八十分）以上。僅大學部學生可以申請，碩、博士班研究生不得申請
2. 前一學年度無受警告以上處分之情事
獎補助名額及金額 每學年度獎學金名額及金額由僑委會訂定

申請條件 各學期之學業成績總平均 75 分以上，操行成績均須達甲等或 80 分以上

3. 本學年度未享有其他任何獎學金者
4. 申請僑生以清寒為優先分配，但必須提出清寒證明
華僑協會總會獎助學金 (官網)
申請時程 約每年 9 月中至 10 月中
申請條件 1. 經海外保送、港澳考取或自行回國介考有案，具僑生身份者。
{1} 獎學金：
1. 上學年度學業總平均 80 分以上且操行成績均在 75 分以上
2. 本學年度未享有任何公費或未領其他獎學金者
{2} 助學金：
1. 家境清寒或是經濟來源中斷，經就讀學校出具證明者
2. 上學年度學業總平均及操行成績均在 75 分以上者
3. 本學年度未享有任何公費或未領其他獎學金者
獎補助金額 {1} 獎學金：每名新臺幣 1 萬元
{2} 助學金：每名新臺幣 5 千元
