1. 國立高雄科技大學國際事務處 (下稱本校) 依據個資法第8條為個人資料之蒐集告知。

2. 本校辦理學生行政事務所為個人資料之蒐集及電腦處理，依法務部「個人資料保護法之特定目的及個人資料之類別」，為「109 教育或訓練行政」、「158 學生（員）（含畢、結業生）資料管理」為特定目的。

3. 對於您於本網站所留的個人資料，仍可依個人資料保護法的規定，您可自由選擇提供個人資料的程度，或登入系統選擇終止各種活動訊息通知，但如果您提供的資料有誤或不足時，本校可能無法提供您完整的服務。

4. 本校已履行上開告知義務，您同意並瞭解本校蒐集、處理或利用個人資料之目的及用途。如您已申請本校之服務，或經由本校授權人留下聯繫方式者，視為同意本蒐集、處理及利用個人資料告知事項。

1. In line with The Personal Data Protection Act (the PDPA) , the Office of International Affairs of the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (henceforth referred to as the NKUST) notifies individuals about the acquisition of personal information.

2. In line with the Ministry of Justice's The specific purpose and the classification of personal information of the Personal Information Protection Act, NKUST collects and uses computerized personal data for the use of Students Affairs. Specifically, we follow the guidelines for 109 Administration of legal affairs and 158 Student data administration.

3. The Personal Data Protection Law's requirements still apply to the personal information you enter on this website. You can log in to the system and choose to stop receiving different activity message notifications, or you can freely pick how much personal data you provide. Still, if the information you offer the NKUST might not be able to offer you full services if there are mistakes or inadequacies.

4. The NKUST has complied with its public notification duty, and you accept and comprehend the rationale behind the gathering, handling, and application of personal data by the NKUST.
