【重要公告】外國專業人才延攬及僱用法修正重點說明 / Important Notice: Amendments to the Act for the Recruitment and Employmen

立法院已於 2025 年8 月29 日 三讀通過《外國專業人才延攬及僱用法》修正草案。依據目前公布之修法重點說明，在臺取得副學士以上學位之僑外生，畢業後可申請最長兩年之居留延期，自由從事工作將無需再申請工作許可，或參加相關職業訓練及實習、打工、創業等，有利後續留臺發展。

The Legislative Yuan passed the third reading of the amendments to the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals on August 29, 2025. According to the announced key points of the amendments, international and overseas Chinese students who obtain an associate degree or higher in Taiwan may apply for an extension of residence of up to two years after graduation and apply for jobs without a work permit. They may also attend occupational training, internships, work part-time, or engage in entrepreneurship to facilitate their future development in Taiwan.
