申請對象：在校外國博士生

受獎期間: 115年3月至115年9月( 6個月)

獎學金申請注意事項:

  1. 請於115年1月18 至1月21日(23：59)以前完成此申請表和完成上傳所有的應備文件，逾期件將不受理，亦無補件機會。
  2. 帳號：學生證號；密碼：居留證或護照的後6或4碼。帳號密碼與校務系統相同
  3. 填寫申請表，點選正確的科系及學院，選錯系院則無法審查。列印申請表，確認資料無誤後簽名及指導教授或導師簽名，完成後掃描上傳至系統。
  4. 上傳所有應備文件。
  5. 確認所有資料都正確且已上傳，點“送出申請”。
  6. 申請獎學金截止前，申請之學生須具在學身分。

 

博士生上傳論文注意事項：

  1. 上傳國際期刊論文者：請上傳已發表或已被接受發表之論文和接受函，並請標註發表日期、自己的姓名、指導教授姓名及通訊作者說明處。(https://reurl.cc/nDLAol)
  2. 請上傳獎學金申請自評表/研究績效核算表。
  3. 請截圖投稿期刊出版社資訊並上傳，若有二家以上請合併成一個檔案。(https://reurl.cc/Eo1eR0)
  4. 所稱的國際期刊論文指SCI(E)、SSCI、A&HCI or ABI(B等級以上)論文, 申請者需要提供已經刊出之國際論文影本,或已經接受刊登證明, 並提供本校圖書館指定網站之期刊收錄指標。
  5. 自112年8月31 日起,國際期刊論文發表於MDPI, FRONTIERS MEDIA SA 及HINDAWI 都不得接受。
  6. 已發表或已被接受發表之論文若有其他共同第一作者，申請時請附上本公告所附之共同第一作者切結書，由本人及共同第一作者親筆簽屬完畢後上傳至系統。
  7. 請上傳華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)成績單或證書。

D.    [114-2 Semester] THE MONTHLY SCHOLARSHIP FOR OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION FOR CURRENT PH.D. STUDENTS

1.      Eligibility：Enrolled International Doctoral Students who have outstanding research performance at the University (excluding students who are received MOFA, MOE NSTC scholarships)

2.      Apply for 2nd semester of the 114th academic year (2025/9-2026/2)

3.      Application period: From January 18thto 21st2026

4.      Award period: 1 semester six months (from March 2026 to August 2026)

Application notes:

1.      Please submit the application form and all required documents before January 21st, 2026(23:59). Overdue applications will not be accepted. Those who have not submitted the application form are not eligible for replenishment.

2.      Account: student ID/ Password: the last 6 or 4 digits of your ARC or passport number (same as student portal system)

3.      Fill in all your personal information and choose the right department and college. (if not, your application will not be FAILED)

4.      Print out the application form in the second page, sign your name and get your professor’s signature, then scan and upload it to the system.

5.      Upload all the required documents.

6.      Make sure you upload all the required and correct documents, then press the button “Preview and Submit”.

7.      Students applying for scholarships must be enrolled in school before the application deadline.

 

Notes for Ph.D. students:

1.      Proof of Paper accepted for publication or published in an international journal: please upload Your published paper or acceptance letter and paper draft, and highlight the publication date, your name, advisor’s name, and corresponding author description. (https://reurl.cc/nDLAol)

2.      Please make a self-evaluation/research achievement list form.

3.      Please Screenshot the journal information (include the journal name, journal index and journal information) then upload it, merging them if you published more than 2 journals.(https://reurl.cc/Eo1eR0)

4.      The international journal paper mentioned above refer the ones with SCI(E)、SSCI、A&HCI or ABI, applicants must provide a copy of the published paper or proof of acceptance for publication.

5.      Since August 1, 2023, the journal papers published by MDPI, FRONTIERS MEDIA SA and HINDAWI will not be counted.

6.      If there are other co-first authors for published or accepted papers, please attach the Declaration of the Co-first Authors for Scholarship Application attached to this announcement when applying. The letter should be signed by the applicant and the co-first author and then uploaded to the system.

7.      Please upload TOFCL transcript or certificate.
