轉知：華語文能力測驗全面改採數位成績單及證書

Announcement: TOCFL to Fully Adopt Digital Score Reports and Certificates

 

一、國家華語測驗推動工作委員會宣布，自 2026年1月1日 起，華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）將全面改採 數位成績單及證書，不再核發紙本。The National Steering Committee for the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) announces that starting from January 1, 2026, TOCFL will fully adopt digital score reports and certificates, and paper versions will no longer be issued.

 

二、數位成績單及證書之驗證方式如下：

Verification Methods for Digital Score Reports and Certificates:

（一）請至 教育部電子證書驗證系統（https://dcert.moe.gov.tw/upload），上傳 PDF 正本進行驗證。驗證結果判讀方式及其他相關規定，請參閱系統內「常見問題」（詳如附件）。Please visit the MOE Digital Certificate Verification System (https://dcert.moe.gov.tw/upload

) and upload the original PDF file for verification. For details on how to interpret verification results and other related regulations, please refer to the “Frequently Asked Questions” section (see attachment).

 

（二）國家華語測驗推動工作委員會官網既有之驗證頁面，僅適用於 2025年12月31日（含）以前測驗場次所核發之紙本成績單及證書。The existing verification page on the TOCFL official website applies only to paper score reports and certificates issued for test sessions held on or before December 31, 2025.
