Work Permit Application

STEP1. Sign Letter of Undertaking

First, please carefully read the Reminders for International Students Working in Taiwan and fully check your reason(s) for application.

Also, please ensure that the Letter of Undertaking is signed, and dated.

►A handwritten signature on the Letter of Undertaking is required.

►Don't forget to fill in the date (year/month/date) of your signature on the letter of undertaking.

STEP2. Complete Google Form

*Fill out the information on the Google Form and upload the signed letter of undertaking.

STEP3 Apply via Ministry of Labor System

*Proceed with the work permit application process on the Ministry of Labor's system.
