A. [2026 Fall Semester] SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR CURRENT STUDENTS WHO ENROLLED IN 2023 FALL SEMESTER
1. Eligibility: Students enrolled in the 2023 Fall (112-1) semester
2. Application for : the 2026/27 (115th) Academic Year
3. Application Period: From July 6 (Mon.) to July 12 (Sun.), 2026
4. Award Period: 1 year (12months); from September 2026 to August 2027

1. Eligibility: Students enrolled after the 2024 Fall (113-1) semester
2. Application for : the 2026/27 (115th) Academic Year
3. Application Period: From July 6 (Mon.) to July 12 (Sun.), 2026
4. Award Period: 1 year (12months); from September 2026 to August 2027

C. [2026 Fall Semester] THE MONTHLY SCHOLARSHIP FOR OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION FOR CURRENT PH.D. STUDENTS WHO ENROLLED FROM 2023 SPRING TO 2025 FALL SEMESTER
1. Eligibility：Enrolled International Doctoral Students who have outstanding research performance at the University (excluding students who are received MOFA, MOE NSTC scholarships)
2. Apply for the 1st Semester of the 115th Academic Year (2026/9-2027/2)
3. Application Period: From July 6 (Mon.) to July 12 (Sun.), 2026
4. Award Period: 1 semester (6 months); from September 2026 to February 2027

【Application Notes】
1. Please submit the application form and all required documents before July 12, 2026(23:59). Overdue applications will not be accepted. Those who have not submitted the application form are not eligible for replenishment.
2. Account: student ID/ Password: the last 4 digits of your passport number (same as student portal system).
3. Fill in all your personal information and choose the right department and college. (if not, your application will not be FAILED)
4. Print out the application form in the second page, sign your name and get your professor’s signature, then scan and upload it to the system.
5. Upload all the required documents.
6. Make sure you upload all the required and correct documents, then press the button “Preview and Submit”.
【Notes for Ph.D. Students】
1. Proof of Paper accepted for publication or published in an international journal: please upload Your published paper or acceptance letter and paper draft, and highlight the publication date, your name, advisor’s name, and corresponding author description. (https://reurl.cc/nDLAol)
2. Please make a self-evaluation/research achievement list form.
3. Please Screenshot the journal information (include the journal name, journal index and journal information) then upload it, merging them if you published more than 2 journals.(https://reurl.cc/Eo1eR0)
4. The international journal paper mentioned above refer the ones with SCI(E)、SSCI、A&HCI or ABI, applicants must provide a copy of the published paper or proof of acceptance for publication.
5. Since August 1, 2023, the journal papers published by MDPI, FRONTIERS MEDIA SA and HINDAWI will not be counted.
6. If there are other co-first authors for published or accepted papers, please attach the Declaration of the Co-first Authors for Scholarship Application to the application. The Declaration should be signed by the applicant and the co-first author and then uploaded to the system.
