【About extending ARC and doing quarantine when you back to Taiwan】

Dear all,
The winter vacation is coming~~~~
There are few things we need you to follow,
1.【Home quarantine when you back to Taiwan】
According to the regulation of CDC, Students who have ARC (included International student, Oversea Chinese student and Chinese student) doesn’t suitable for the special case for Spring festival.
If you leave Taiwan in this winter vacation, you will need to do quarantine for 14 days and self-management for 7 days when you come back to Taiwan. Students are required to stay in quarantine hotel for 22 days. Students couldn’t back to your apartment or dormitory on-campus during 7 days of self-management.
(After confirming with CDC, international students are not suitable for spring festival case 7+7+7)
*** All students who come back to Taiwan will need to do quarantine in hotel for 22 days. Students need to pay the fee by you (1500-2000NT dollars/day)
***The Public Health Center will arrange another COVID 19-test on the 13th day upon your entry to Taiwan. You will need to pay the fee by yourself.
***You can’t apply Quarantine/isolation subject’s compensation for epidemic prevention when you back to Taiwan.

2. 【Back to your country】
If you are sure you will back to your country, please complete the survey and upload the declaration before December 31.

3.【Extending your ARC】
**if you will be back to your country, please apply extending ARC on the website.

(Please upload flight ticket of leave& back to Taiwan, please apply ARC until flight confirm)
**If you will not leave Taiwan in this winter vacation, please extend ARC one month before expired.
If you need certificate of enrollment to extend ARC, please contact person in charge of your campus.
3.【Applying work permit】
If you are going to work in winter vacation in Taiwan, please don't forget to apply work permit if you don't have one.

大家好
寒假即將到來，以下有幾件事情需要大家注意：
1.【有關回台後的居家隔離】
依據CDC的規定，境外生(包含國際生、僑生及陸生)不適用春節期間入境檢疫方案。
因此學生返台後不分國籍，皆須進行居家檢疫14天+自主健康管理7天(期間不得進入學校)，22天皆須住在防疫旅館，7天自主管理不得返回租屋處及宿舍居住。
(經與CDC確認，境外生不適用春節方案7+7+7)
**學生返台後統一入住防疫旅館隔離，隔離費用皆須自行負擔，費用為一天新台幣一千五至兩千(視屆時防疫旅館訂房狀況而定)，共需住宿22天。
**入境第13天由衛生單位安排至醫院採檢，費用請學生自行負擔。
**寒假結束返台，將無法申請居家檢疫補助

2. 【寒假返鄉調查】

3.【有關居留證延期】
**有要離開臺灣的學生，可於離台前上網申請居留證延期

(需上傳離台及回台的機票，請於班機確認後再行申請)
**沒有要離開臺灣的學生，請於居留證到期一個月前申請
若需要在學證明，請聯絡各校區承辦人員
4.【有關工作證】
寒假要打工的同學，請記得一定要申請工作證
