【國際學伴招募 Call for Voluntary Buddy Program for New International Students – Fall Semester 2026】
一、招募對象 Eligibility : 本校在學學生All currently enrolled NKUST students are welcome to apply.
二、招募條件 Requirements
（一）對跨文化交流具興趣，樂於與人互動Interested in cross-cultural communication and enjoys interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
（二）具備基本英語溝通能力Has basic English communication skills.
（三）具責任感、熱心服務，並能主動協助他人Is responsible, enthusiastic, and willing to assist others proactively.
三、報名方式 How to Apply
（一）請填寫Google 線上報名表Complete the online Google application form.

四、報名期限 Application Deadline: 即日起至115年8月7日（五）中午12時止Applications are open now until 12:00 PM, Friday, August 7, 2026.
五、錄取名額及培訓 Number of Positions & Training
（一）預計錄取40-50名 Approximately 40-50 International Buddies will be selected.
（二）錄取同學須參加國際事務處於暑假期間辦理之國際學伴培訓（預計於115年8月17日至21日間擇一日辦理）。培訓時間及相關資訊將另以E-mail通知，請務必於報名時填寫正確且可收信之電子郵件信箱 Selected applicants are required to attend an International Buddy Training Session organized by the Office of International Affairs during the summer break (tentatively scheduled for one day between August 17 and August 21, 2026). Detailed training information will be sent via email. Please make sure to provide a valid email address that you check regularly.
六、國際學伴服務內容 Responsibilities of International Buddies
（一）協助國際學生來臺前聯繫及入住學生宿舍等相關事宜 Assist international students before their arrival in Taiwan and help them with dormitory check-in arrangements.
（二）協助國際學生辦理居留證、銀行開戶等行政事項 Assist international students with administrative procedures, including applying for an ARC (Alien Resident Certificate) and opening a bank account.
（三）協助國際學生處理教務相關事項，如學費繳交、選課等 Assist international students with academic-related matters, such as tuition payment and course registration.
（四）提供國際學生校園生活適應、日常生活諮詢及必要協助 Provide support for campus life, answer daily living questions, and help international students adapt to life at NKUST.
