【Notice】Dormitory Application Notice for Current Students (AY 115)
【宿舍申請公告｜115學年度】
本校115學年度舊生宿舍申請作業將依下列時程辦理，請有需求之同學務必留意並於期限內完成申請。

重要時程
抽籤結果公告：115年4月15日
正取生保證金繳交：115年4月16日～4月18日
候補生保證金繳交：115年4月20日～4月21日
床位登記：115年4月22日12:00 ～ 4月26日12:00
注意事項
未於期限內繳交保證金者，視同放棄床位資格。
逾期未完成床位登記者，將由系統自動分配。
若因個人因素放棄床位，保證金將不予退還（特殊情況除外）。

建工、第一、楠梓、旗津校區

【Dormitory Application Notice (Academic Year 115)】
The dormitory application for current students (AY 115) will be conducted according to the following schedule. Students who wish to apply are advised to complete the application within the designated period.

March 30, 2026 (Mon) 12:00 PM – April 9, 2026 (Thu) 12:00 PM

Important Dates
Lottery results announcement: April 15, 2026
Deposit payment (selected students): April 16–18, 2026
Deposit payment (waiting list): April 20–21, 2026
Bed selection: April 22 (12:00 PM) – April 26 (12:00 PM), 2026
Important Notes
Failure to pay the deposit within the deadline will be regarded as forfeiture of the dormitory placement.
Students who do not complete bed selection on time will be assigned automatically by the system.
Deposits are non-refundable if the bed is forfeited for personal reasons (except for special circumstances).

Jiangong, First, Nanzih, and Cijin Campuses
(Yanchao Campus uses a separate registration method; please contact the dormitory office for details.)
