B. [113-2 Semester] SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR CURRENT STUDENTS WHO ENROLLED AFTER 2022 FALL SEMESTER (111)
1. Eligibility: Students enrolled in the111-2 and 112-2 semester
2. Application for: the 2nd semester of the 113th academic years and the 1st semester of 114th academic year
3. Application period: From January 24th to February 5th ,2025
4. Award period: 1 year (12 months) (from March 2025 to February 2026)

C. [113-2 Semester] THE MONTHLY SCHOLARSHIP FOR OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION FOR CURRENT PH.D. STUDENTS
1. Eligibility: Enrolled International Doctoral Students who have outstanding research performance at the University (excluding students who have received MOFA, MOE, and NSTC scholarships)
2. Apply for 2st semester of the 113th academic year (2025/3-2025/8)
3. Application period: From January 24th to February 5th, 2025
4. Award period: 1 semester six months (from March 2025 to August 2025)
5. Number of scholarship recipients : 8 students per semester

7. Remarks:
*These announcements are enacted in Chinese, which shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the English translation and the Chinese original.
Application notes:
1. Please submit the application form and all required documents before February 5th, 2025(23:59). Overdue applications will not be accepted. Those who have not submitted the application form are not eligible for replenishment.
2. Account: student ID/ Password: the last 6 or 4 digits of your ARC or passport number (same as student portal system)
3. Fill in all your personal information and choose the right department and college. (if not, your application will not be FAILED)
4. Print out the application form in the second page, sign your name and get your professor’s signature, then scan and upload it to the system.
5. Upload all the required documents.
6. Make sure you upload all the required and correct documents, then press the button “Preview and Submit”.
Notes for Ph.D. students:
1. Proof of Paper accepted for publication or published in an international journal: please upload Your published paper or acceptance letter and paper draft, and highlight the publication date, your name, advisor’s name, and corresponding author description. (https://reurl.cc/nDLAol)
2. Please make a self-evaluation/research achievement list form.
3. Please Screenshot the journal information (include the journal name, journal index and journal information) then upload it, merging them if you published more than two journals.(https://reurl.cc/Eo1eR0)
4. The international journal paper mentioned above refer the ones with SCI(E)、SSCI、A&HCI or ABI, applicants must provide a copy of the published paper or proof of acceptance for publication.
5. Since August 1, 2023, the journal papers published by MDPI, FRONTIERS MEDIA SA, and HINDAWI will not be counted.
