NKUST OUTSTANDING INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR CURRENT STUDENTS for 112-2 Semester

Open for applications：Jan. 22(Mon.) ~ Jan. 28(Sun.) (23:59)

 

Application Guide ( 2 versions, please select right)

 

 

Application steps:

1。Log-in the online application system: (2 version systems, please select right)

2。Account: student ID/ Password: the last 6 or 4 digits of your ARC or passport number (same as student portal system)

3。Fill in all your personal information and choose the right department and college. (if not, your application will not be FAILED)

4。Regarding the scholarship you belong to, please click :https://reurl.cc/01ZjAM

5。Print out the application form in the second page, sign your name and get your professor’s signature, then scan and upload it to the system.

6。Upload all the required documents.

7。Make sure you upload all the required and correct documents, then press the button “Preview and Submit”.

 

Application notes:

1。Please submit the application form and all required documents before January 28 (23:59), 2024. Overdueapplications will not be accepted. Those who have not submitted the application form are not eligible for replenishment.

2。Please upload your transcript when you got your Average Score and “Conduct Score”!

3。Students who enrolled in 2022 Fall (111-1) semester do not need to apply, your scholarship recipient period is from 2023/9-2024/8, you will need to apply your 3rd year scholarship in July, 2024.

4。Students who enrolled before 2022 Spring (110-2) semester need to apply scholarship “every semester”, the scholarship period you apply in this time is from 2024/3 to 2024/8. (6 months).

5。Students who enrolled in 2023 Spring (111-2) semester need to apply scholarship “ever year”, the scholarship period you apply in this time is from 2024/3 to 2025/2 (12 months)

 

Notes for Ph.D. students:

1。Proof of paper presented at an international conference: please upload your: a). Presentation Certificate, b). Paper or Abstract (includes author order).(https://reurl.cc/X5K1LR) （2020 regulation only）

2。Proof of Paper accepted for publication or published in an international journal: please upload Your published paper or acceptance letter and paper draft, and highlight the publication date, your name, advisor’s name, and corresponding author description. (https://reurl.cc/nDLAol)

3。Please make a self-evaluation/research achievement list form. (2 versions, please select right)

4。Students enrolled before 2022 spring (110-2) semester, download the form here: https://reurl.cc/WRkv5Z

6。Please Screenshot the journal information (include the journal name, journal index and journal information) then upload it, merging them if you published more than 2 journals.(https://reurl.cc/Eo1eR0)

7。Please note: Since August 1, 2023, journal papers published by MDPI, FRONTIERS MEDIA SA and HINDAWI will not be counted.
