【公告ANNOUNCEMENT】NKUST 109-2 SEMESTER APPLICATION FOR OUTSTANDING INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP
【Scholarship Apply for 109-2 Semester: For new coming students (109-1) in this semester, no need to apply.】
Please read this announcement thoroughly!
To apply for 109-2 semester scholarship, please follow the instructions:
1. Enter the online application system: http://oia01.nkust.edu.tw/intlscholarship
The account ID is your student ID, and the password will be your ARC or passport number last four digits (same with student information system)
2. Fill in all your information and choose the scholarship regulations.
(If you are no sure about which regulations to choose, please refer the attached 1 on google drive below.)
3. Print out the application form at the second page, sign your name and get your professor signature, then scan and upload it to the system.
4. Upload all the required documents.
5. Make sure you upload all the required documents then press the button “Preview and Submit”.
Please submit the application form and all required documents before 2021/01/24. Incomplete and late applications will not be accepted.
***Because the final exam ended at January 15th, if you can‘t get the transcript before January 24th, OIA will help you to provide, but make sure you have submitted the application and uploaded all the inquired documents(except transcript) to the system.

獎學金申請流程：
1. 登入獎學金申請系統： http://oia01.nkust.edu.tw/intlscholarship
系統的帳號是學生證號，密碼為居留證或護照的後四碼（帳號密碼和校務系統一樣）
2. 填寫申請表，及點選你適用之獎學金辦法。
（若不清楚要選哪個獎學金辦法，請查閱下方google雲端連結內Attached 1）
3. 將申請表列印出來，確認資料無誤後簽名及給指導教授或導師簽名，完成後掃描上傳至系統。
4. 上傳所有應備文件。
5. 確認所有資料已上傳，點“送出申請“。
請於110年1月24日以前完成此申請表和完成上傳所有的應備文件。資料缺漏及逾期件將不受理。
***有關本學期成績單的部分，因1月15日期末考才結束，若來不及申請成績單，國際處會幫你附上，但你務必要送出申請單及上傳除了成績單的其他附件。
